At BK Customz, every item is custom-made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders.
                                                                                                                                        Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup, which can occur as a natural result of the shipping process, are not grounds for replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process.                                                                                                                                                                       Each design is created specifically to your requested name, colors, and style preferences. Once your order is placed and production begins, materials and time are dedicated exclusively to your item.

Please double-check all personalization details (spelling, colors, sizes, etc.) before submitting your order. BK Customz is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review the situation and work with you to make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
